For Property Owners advertising on mountsbay.co.uk

Free Listings

  1. Free listings will be added to the website as soon as practicable.
  2. You should verify that any link to your website is working correctly.
  3. We require your name, contact address and telephone number in addition to the information relating to your holiday accommodation.
  4. A Reciprocal link must be provided for the duration of your free Link Partner listing. Removal of the reciprocal link will result in your losing Link Partner status and removal of your free listing from mountsbay.co.uk.

Standard and Enhanced Listings

  1. We will commence the design of your listing on receipt of all of the information required and on receipt of your payment. Cheques should be made payable to Mrs J Benson. Payment can be accepted direct to our bank account by internet banking if preferred - please contact us for details.
  2. On completion of the design process, We will email a link to your listing for proofing. At this stage, it can only be viewed by you via this link.
  3. You should verify that any link(s) to your e-mail address and/or website is/are working correctly.
  4. You are responsible for proofing your advertisement. When you are satisfied with the design and that all links work, we will make the advert live on mountsbay.co.uk.
  5. We require your name, contact address and telephone number in addition to the information relating to your holiday accommodation.
  6. Accurate descriptions are required. mountsbay.co.uk will not be held responsible for any inaccuracies or misleading statements provided by holiday property owners.
